Vishal holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, Nagpur in the year 2004 and LLM degree from the Mumbai University in the year 2006 and has been enrolled as an Advocate of the Bar Council of the Maharashtra and Goa since 2004. He has been practicing with Divya Shah Associates since 2006, having vast experience of over 18 Years. He has extensive experience in conveyancing and drafting of various commercial agreements including Agreement for Sale, Transfer Deed, Deed of Conveyance, Power of Attorney in the matter related to Flat Transfer and Land Transfer. He has vast experience in Succession Laws including drafting, filling and procuring Testamentary Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, Letters of Administration with Will annexed, Succession Certificate etc.
