Charmie Shah

Charmie holds a B. Com, LL.B (2016) and LL.M degree (2018) from Mumbai University.

She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2016. Charmie specializes in matters relating to real estate and has undertaken drafting and finalizing of documents relating to sale/purchase of land parcels and premises, leases, licenses, development agreement, joint development agreement, assignment deed, deed of apartment, wills etc. and has also facilitated drafting of various commercial contracts. She has also undertaken comprehensive due diligence and legal analysis for issuance of title certificates verifying the title of the Owners or Developers in respect of the immovable properties.
