Nitya Shah Parikh

Nitya Shah has carved out a distinguished career in law since becoming an Advocate in 2005 and a Solicitor in 2008. She furthered her education with an L.L.M from Northwestern University in 2009, which set the stage for her short stint of work in Manhattan, New York City. Nitya’s return to Mumbai in 2010 marked the beginning of her tenure with Divya Shah Associates, where she joined her father’s law firm.

At Divya Shah Associates, Nitya has focused on Civil and Real Estate Litigation across various forums including The Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, RERA. Her expertise extends to a flourishing Redevelopment Division, where she provides redevelopment related legal services to many prestigious projects located in Bandra as well as South Mumbai.

Nitya is particularly noted for her successful representation of purchaser groups in various stalled development projects, where her litigation skills have facilitated project completions. Her legal acumen is complemented by ethical guidance from her father and her team’s dedicated support.
