Divya Maneklal Shah

The firm Divya Shah Associates is founded by its namesake Mr. Divya Shah, Advocate and Solicitor.  Mr. Shah is extremely well known and respected in the legal fraternity.  With an active practice of over 45 years, Mr. Shah has amassed great knowledge and hands on experience in the fields of Civil Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate Transactional work.

In 1981, he was admitted as a Partner of the prestigious law firm M/s Ambubhai & Diwanji, which changed its name to M/s. Desai & Diwanji.  In the year 2004 he founded his own firm M/s. Divya Shah Associates. Mr. Shah’s Advocacy skills, ability to strategize and perceive the clients’ needs have given him an upper edge over his competitors.

Mr. Divya Shah is also known for his affable nature and an uncanny ability to clinch settlements in the most complex disputes which have in turn saved several years of expensive and unnecessary litigation for several clients.

Mr. Shah continues to excel in complicated Real Estate Transactions, International Arbitration proceedings, Advisory work, Alternative dispute resolution and Litigation in various fora in Mumbai and across India.
