Kinnar Shah

Kinnar holds a unique feat of having cleared his Solicitors examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in his first attempt and having secured the maximum marks in the same attempt. He is a Solicitor associated with our firm since 2013.

Kinnar handles civil litigation as well as Non-Litigation matters. He handles and manages the litigation practice with our Partner, Nitya Shah.

Over the years, Kinnar has represented clients before several courts and tribunals including Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT and NCLT amongst others. He was also actively involved in advising a client in an International dispute before Singapore High Court. Kinnar focuses on strategy and his strength lies in detail oriented and meticulous drafting in all his matters, litigation as well non-litigation.
