Virendra J. Pereira

Virendra J. Pereira is a Partner of DSA since inception and has been leading the DSA litigation team at their office in Fort.  He was enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in 1992 and as a Solicitor with the incorporated Law Society in 1995.  He has been in active practice for the past 35 years dealing with cases relating to Arbitration, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Disputes, Testamentary, Admiralty, Co-operative Societies, Corporate, Insurance, Consumer, Service Law, Environment, Customs & Excise, Educational, Election, Rent, and Partnerships issues.   Mr. Pereira advises and regularly represents clients before the High Court of Bombay, Supreme Court of India and various other Court & Tribunals across the City.
